The following are links to products on Amazon that may be helpful to you on the Dukan diet. Please note that I am in no way affiliated with these products, just putting together some helpful resources 🙂

The Dukan Diet by Dr. Pierre Dukan – The official Dukan Diet book. For full details about the Dukan Diet, the phases, the allowed foods list, etc., read this book.

The Dukan Diet Cookbook – The official Dukan Diet cookbook.

Special Order Recipes – A cookbook written by one of my favorite Dukan Diet bloggers, Janice OBryan. Her recipes helped me tremendously while on the Dukan Diet.

I always recommend eating fresh and natural foods over processed foods. However, sometimes you simply don’t have the time to make everything from scratch. While not all are technically on the ‘allowed foods list,’ these products are good alternatives when you’re on a time crunch!

Walden Farms Products – Most Walden Farms Products contain no calories, no sugar, and NO CARBS. What more can you ask for? They have a wide variety of salad dressings, sauces, etc. I recommend the Pancake Syrup. I use it in some recipes as a substitute for honey as well as my Dukan Waffles recipe. The Walden Farms chocolate sauce is also used in my Triple Chocolate Pancakes recipe.

Quest Bars – In my opinion, the BEST protein bars on the market. They have the best ingredients and are very high in fiber while low on carbs and sugar.. not to mention, they are DELICIOUS! My favorite is the cookie dough.

Shirataki Noodles – The closest thing you’ll get to pasta on the Dukan Diet. I’ve had them in angel hair, spaghetti, fettuccine, and macaroni. Most are tofu/yam-based and have zero to very few calories or carbs. I’ve used shirataki noodles in my Garlic Noodles (a favorite), Spaghetti, Asian Steak & Noodles, and Bacon Mac n Cheese recipe.

Have you tried any of the above products? Got any products that have helped you on the Dukan Diet? Please feel free to share!
